I love my jewelry armoire and have filled it up with my jewelry. It has a lot of space in the drawers that you can confuse with spacer’s and I have they have been helpful with organizing my jewelry, the side panel necklace doors holds a ton of necklaces. This is a beautiful and stunningly jewelry armoire that would truly fit into into any ladies life who loves jewelry. It has lots of space and can hold a lot of jewelry.I love the "look" of this jewelry box and it is exactly a match for the other bedroom furniture. I would give it a solid 5 stars for appearance. It does have quality issues though. One of the pieces of wood in the back is cracked but not a big deal because it will never show since it is in the back. However, it is also not in balance and the wobbles back and forth and will need shims to have it sit solid. At the price, I should not have to rework the construction of the piece of furniture. If is was not such a good looking piece, I would return it but instead I will take the trouble to repair. I did not pay attention to similar comments because of its "look" and I am keeping it for the same reason.I've wanted an armoire for a long time, but I'm one of those "thinker" buyers. Or the "I don't merit something this nice" kinda buyer. When my husband pushed me to choose one as an anniversary gift, I spent months looking at the options, reading nearly every review on multiple pieces, and thinking some more. While this Hives & Honey armoire ended up being more than I wanted him to spend, having received it yesterday, it's worth every penny.Beautiful finish, with character—a feature of real wood and craftsmanship. Plenty of storage, I combined the contents of three other boxes into this single unit, and still have room to spare (though I've got items in every drawer). Plenty of compartments to organize rings, watches, everyday earrings, special earrings, and even holiday/seasonal pins/earrings. The nice big drawers are wonderful for boxed sets (I've got a pearl set I keep in the original box) and other special keepsakes. The side hooks organize more necklaces than I'll ever need, plus I've hung bracelets and anklets there as well, and I've still got empty hooks.Perhaps most significantly? I'm not a girly-girl. I'm a jeans and t-shirt, wear the same diamond stud earrings for weeks at a time, kinda girl. Having all my lovely pretties all arranged makes me WANT to wear them. I opened a drawer this morning to pick a pretty dangly for my ears, and felt giddy. My husband watched with a raised brow, then looked quite pleased with himself. He buys me jewelry because he wants me to wear it...Packaged extremely well, it took my husband and I about 10 minutes to unpack, and resulted in more than a large black garbage bag full of Styrofoam and other wrapping. (We have three cats—don't judge—and a nine-year-old who are now having a great time with the empty box. Bonus!) Another 15 minutes of assembly, attaching the top and four legs. All of the holes were pre-drilled/lined, making assembly easy. We used a standard Phillips for the legs, and a mini one to attach the mirror.One minor critique: One of the large drawers (one up from the bottom) is tricky to shut. It gets stuck about halfway back in; I have to shimmy and use some force to close it completely. Again, this happens with handmade furniture, and might also be a consequence of our damp PacificNW weather. A minor annoyance, as I can close it with some effort, and that's not a drawer I plan to be in often. Does not diminish my joy at all, but for the sake of full disclosure, I thought I ought to mention it.Absolutely stunning!!! I was somewhat concerned that it would arrive with damage or the drawers would stick based on other people's feedback. It was in perfect condition. One caveat was that you have to assemble the feet and one of the feet is too short... My husband put something on the bottom to solve that problem. I wouldn't say the drawers stick, but my husband used wax on them and they are super smooth now. The bottom 3 drawers do not have slots, which I found to be a good thing because I could store jewelry that is in little boxes there. I've already filled it and then some - may need to buy a second one, LOL!! The finish is gorgeous - I think our furniture is dark walnut and it matches well. It would match cherry perfectly. The left side where the necklaces hang does stick a little when you push on the door to open it, but I'm sure we can fix that too. I know, it stinks to buy something so expensive and then have to fix it - but it's easier than sending it back and the fixes are relatively easy if you are handy. Love the charging hole in the top so I can plug in my smartwatch / fitbit and alternate them. If you have a lot of earrings, you may want to invest in one of those insert thingys since there are not many in this box. I think they are in the 2nd drawer down and maybe 12? I keep most of mine in a plastic box with dividers and then store that in one of the drawers at the bottom. If you are not worried about having to lock up your jewelry - this is a great box!I looked at alot of jewelry armoires and debated for probably 2 or 3 weeks and decided to get this one because it had more hooks..12 on each outer door for a total of 24 hooks for necklaces and 7 drawers... It's beautiful!! I really didn't want to pay the price but I figured you get what you pay for, esp in furniture. I would definitely recommend this one!! It came well packed and all you have to do is screw on the lid and attach the legs..all of 5 minutes total. The bottom did have some scuff marks down to the bare wood, but nothing that will affect its stability...more cosmetic and since it's on the floor and No one will see it. For this price, it shouldn't be sold like this, but a furniture marker will take care of it..if I ever turn it back over. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars, otherwise it's perfect!!! I HIGHLY recommend it! Also, it arrived in only 2 days on regular shipping!Stunning jewelry chest! I absolutely love it. Very well-made and highly recommend. However, I did not use it for jewelry chest. I am using it in my entryway to store sunglasses, keys, and masks since we have so many of them. We have a ton of rental properties and vehicles so it’s a great way to organize all of your keys. I hang them in the side part of the cabinet that is meant to hold necklaces. It’s so neat & organized now. I absolutely love it!Product arrived well packaged and intact. The screws to attach the lid/mirror are missing and I cannot reach anyone at Hives &Honey to at least send 4 screws.What I was expecting, nicely finish jewellery chest.Beautiful piece of furniture!
